I'm not coaching you from theory. I lived it. I had a PIVOT in my mid 30’s and I haven’t looked back.
For 13 years, I was a School Adjustment Counselor. I loved it; the connections with my students, the mentorship, the mental health support I got to offer every single day. My burnout was never about the work…
It came from the rigid, broken systems that work was tangled in. Somewhere along the way, I noticed I wasn't myself anymore! I became more irritable at home, more prone to anxiety, engaging in the same hallway gossip and low morale I used to rise above. My body was telling me before my mind caught up: exhausted, immune system in overdrive, living outside of of my own top core values: family, integrity, creativity, adventure.
I'd dreamed about opening my own practice for years. It stayed a "one day that would be cool" thought, until I realized one day isn't guaranteed.
In April 2023, I decided not to return for the next school year. No perfect plan. No guarantee it would work. Just a decision to stop drafting the life I wanted and start actually building it.
That decision is why PIVOT exists- because the version of me who finally left needed exactly what I built this program to give you: real mentorship, real structand someone who's actually done it standing next to you while you do it too!

PIVOT Summary
Month 1: Walk away with total clarity on what you're settling for and the one move that changes it.
Month 2: Walk away with proof- a real offer out in the world, an increased rate created and upheld, a conversation had, etc.
Month 3: Walk away with a system built to last, and a plan for the 90 days after Pivot ends
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
You enroll. You'll get a confirmation email right away, followed by your full call schedule and everything you need before we start.
Doors close September 10th. That's the last day to join this cohort.
We begin September 22nd, and this is your standing Tuesday. Group calls are every Tuesday at 12pm — this is the one hour a week you protect for yourself, no matter what else is happening. (Your 2 30 minute 1:1 calls will be scheduled with Kaitlynn before week 4)
Can't make a call live? Every session is recorded, and with only 5 women in the room, you'll never fall behind
THE INVESTMENT
$2500 paid in full (or 3 payments of $850)
This is my first cohort of Pivot, and I'm pricing it that way. Once this group completes the program, the rate moves up for everyone who comes after, so if you're on the fence, this is the lowest it will ever be.
What you get is my direct access. A room of 5. Nothing diluted, nothing outsourced.
