STUCK + READY is a 6 month Mentorship + Coaching program, which includes:
- Your own Digital workbook to lead you through the process of creating your business, your own offer and HOW you're going to execute exactly what you envision
- 6 Live 1:1 coaching calls TO STRATEGICALLY map out a personal plan for your next steps and receive support on blocks that are preventing you from progressing forward.
- Direct and unlimited access to coaching, troubleshooting, consultation via text during 6 month program
When you complete this program, you will leave with:
- The tools you need to create a supportive mindset and belief in your concept
- A solid offer you feel excited to create/share and execute on. You will be very clear on who your offer serves, what your goals are, an individualized action plan specific for you and your business, and your failure plan (that help you create a supportive mindset + helps create certainty)
- A better understanding of what systems, apps, infrastructure and supports are required for your business' success
- Self coaching tools and other self soothing interventions that increase self regulation of your nervous system, so that you feel at peace through your transition

Women’s Support Group
This group is a drop in session. We meet weekly a (rotating Tuesday and Wednesday). Registration is required and the fee is $50/session.
This is a weekly online support group for any women who are committed to their success and want to build connections with others who share similar goals and or challenges. It is a safe place to discuss obstacles, brainstorm possible solutions, process old triggers and explore healthy problem-solving skills
1:1 Coaching
4 Month and 6 month options
1:1 coaching is about true transformation! Working 1:1 with me as your coach, You will unlearn old patterns that are dysfunctional and learn a new habits to support your joy, passion and happiness. 6 month and 12 month options are available for 1:1 coaching. This option is for you if:
